Shipping Terms & Conditions as of July 2015.
All orders are shipped direct to you from our UK Warehouse in Lake District, UK via UPS
Opening order minimum is £500
– Minimum reorder is £250
•    For shipments to US, Canada, AK and HI, customer must provide UPS or FedEx account
•    Canadian and US customers are responsible for all customs, taxes, tariffs and duties into Canada and US
– Payment by credit card only: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover are accepted.
•    Valid credit card number must be supplied at the time of order.
•    Orders will be cancelled if Credit Card information is not supplied within 14 days of order confirmation.
•    Cards are charged at the time of shipping.
– Prices are effective as of July 1, 2015 and subject to change without notice.
– All orders shipped at prices effective on date of shipment.
– All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
•    Defective merchandise will be replaced or credited.

Rest of World

We only accept payment in British Pounds.
*A customer who has not placed an order in the last 12 months is considered a new customer.

DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER

Goods are transported at the risk of the customer in all cases. Any breakages / damages / discrepancies must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt and confirmed in writing within 7 days. We cannot accept responsibility for the non-arrival of this notification within the specified time.

RETURNS

Goods may only be returned by formal agreement between the seller and purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for carriage expenses and risk.

TERMS OF PAYMENT (UK)

First three orders: pro forma payment. Subsequent orders: 30 days net after acceptance of application for credit account.

TERMS OF PAYMENT (OVERSEAS)

Payment by bank transfer in advance of despatch.

DELAY OR DEFAULT OF PAYMENT

Failure to settle your account within the agreed period will automatically change your account with us back to a pro forma basis.  No further orders will be despatched until all amounts are settled in full. We reserve the right to terminate any trading agreements and will charge interest at 1.5% per month (variable) on all overdue accounts which will be invoiced separately when the overdue amount is paid.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

1.1  The goods shall be at the Buyer’s risk as from delivery.
1.2  In spite of delivery having been made property in the goods shall not pass from the Seller until the Buyer shall have paid the price plus VAT in full; and no other sums whatever shall be due from the Buyer to the Seller.
1.3  Until  property  in  the  goods  passes  to  the  Buyer  in  accordance  with  clause  (1.2)  the  Buyer  shall  not hold  the  Goods  and  each  of  them  on  a  fiduciary  basis  as  the  bailee  for  the  Seller.  The Buyer shall store the Goods (at no cost to the Seller) separately from all other goods in its possession and marked in such a way that they are clearly identified as the Seller’s property.
1.4 Until such time as property in the Goods passes from the Seller the Buyer shall upon request deliver up such goods as have not ceased to be in existence or resold to the Seller. If the Buyer fails to do so the Seller may enter upon any premises owned, occupied or controlled by the Buyer where the Goods are situated and repossess the Goods.
1.5  The  Buyer  shall  insure  keep  insured  the  Goods  to  the  full  Price  against  ‘all risks’  to  the  reasonable satisfaction of the Seller until the date that the property in the Goods passes from the Seller, and shall whenever requested by the Seller produce a copy of the policy insurance. Without prejudice to the other rights of the Seller, if the Buyer fails to do so all sums whatever owing by the Buyer to the Seller shall forthwith become due and payable.

DISPUTES

Any dispute will be settled under English law in the courts of London who are deemed solely competent to settle any dispute concerning the sale. The above terms and conditions may vary without notice.
